With this insurance, we will remake tips or deliver new filters,
within the limit of 5% of the number of pieces of equipment
under warranty (from 20 pieces of equipment). Management of
measured equipment is 5 years.

To simplify any remanufacture, we store all casts of prints made
in your business for 4 years. In addition, we manage the history of
your set individually. We inform you of renewal to plan for.
4-year manufacturer’s warranty
From the shipping of your EarPro
®
protections, we guarantee them
for 4 years (remanufacturing or replacement of defective parts in
the ordinary course of use of PPE). By the physical evolution of
the ear, beyond 4 years, it is appropriate to renew your equipment
by taking measurements again. You keep optimum comfort and
protection. The maximum lifetime of custom hearing protection
is 5 years.
The 100% satisfaction contract
For the first 3 months of using your anti-noise PPE EarPro
®
, we
provide fast adjustment, modification or change of filters, or any
remanufacturing. Our goal is to satisfy 100% of our users.
We take special care in the production of your custom EarPro
®
moulded hearing protectors, and we
guarantee them against all manufacturing defects. This warranty covers the silicone tip and filters
under normal use and regular maintenance.
